With the note interpretation by the Attorney General at the Court of Auditors, dated August 2, 2007, provides general guidelines and procedural instructions on the part of persons required , by law, notifiable facts harmful to the public finance .
In this case, the right has done so to submit documentation of the long dispute with the Consorzio GAIA SpA to the competent public prosecutor of the Court of Auditors poichè nei fatti occorsi ha ravvisato anomale e dubbie decisioni assunte dall'Amministrazione che, la stessa, a nostro giudizio, non è stata in grado di motivare con chiarezza e coerenza.
Non avendo dunque ricevuto risposte soddisfacenti dall'Amministrazione in merito alla vicenda di che trattasi, considerando l'enorme debito contratto a seguito dell'accordo transattivo stipulato qualche mese fa con il Consorzio GAIA SpA, non avendo chiare le motivazioni per cui il servizio, nel 2007, è stato affidato, tramite ordinanza sindacale, alla società ASP SpA di Ciampino per oltre un anno e mezzo e, non ultimo, trovando altrettanto discutibile il modello contrattuale dell' in-house adopted for the award of the final service that question to the same company SpA ASP Ciampino airport, it was decided to send the case to the competent public prosecutor of the Court of Auditors, in accordance with the aforementioned circular of the Attorney General of the Court of Accounts issued on August 2, 2007.
