Article 45
emoluments (Art. 49 of Legislative Decree No. 29 of 1993, as amended by art. 23 of Legislative Decree No 546 of 1993)
1. The basic compensation and enhancement, and 'established by collective agreements.
2. The government guarantee to its employees referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, equal 'treatment and no contract treatment not less than those provided by the respective collective agreements.
3. Collective agreements define, according to objective criteria of measurement, treatment cheap accessories related to: a) productivity 'individual, b) to productivity' collective, taking into account the contribution of each employee; c) actual performance of work 'particularly difficult objectively that is dangerous or harmful to health. Compete managers assess the contribution of each participating employee, within the objective criteria defined by collective bargaining.
4. Managers are responsible for the allocation of the remuneration accessories.
5. The functions ed i relativi trattamenti economici accessori del personale non diplomatico del Ministero degli affari esteri, per i servizi che si prestano all'estero presso le rappresentanze diplomatiche, gli uffici consolari e le istituzioni culturali e scolastiche, sono disciplinati, limitatamente al periodo di servizio ivi prestato, dalle disposizioni del decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 5 gennaio 1967, n. 18, e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni, nonche' dalle altre pertinenti normative di settore del Ministero degli affari esteri.
