La nota in allegato, inoltrata dalla Globo Tributi s.r.l al Comune di Zagarolo, in data 19.07.2004, prot. n. 15972, precisa che a far data dal 19.07.2004, il "collaboratore" nel Comune di Zagarolo per il servizio affissioni e pubblicità è la ditta All Service s.r.l sita in via C. so Garibaldi n. 49. In effetti, all’esterno dell’agenzia in questione, è ben visibile un cartello che indica il servizio comunale di che trattasi che, peraltro, seems to have been recently replaced by another which now appears on the name of the dealer. That said, given the documents in our possession, and considering the response made by the Mayor Mr. Leodori, we can deduce that there is a relationship between the All Service Tax and the Globe, but not between All Service and the Municipality of Zagarolo, or that the All Service operates exclusively in the territory of Zagarolo on behalf of Globe Tax concessionaire of that question.
In our opinion changes very little, at least politically, as this elusive way of working, can not appalesare that obscure aspects and administrative opacity years condemn.
